This year's LBJ Band halftime show is collection of classical pieces of a Carnival theme written by various acclaimed composers. The music is arranged by David Mairs, and the drill is written by Scott Rankin. The opener of the show is from Igor Stravinsky's "Petrushka" and Dvorak's "Carnival", featuring soloist Matt Wehr on trumpet. The next piece is the Carnival Overture by Dvorak. The third piece is from Hector Berlioz's "Roman Carnival". Finally, the last piece of our show is the fast-paced Carnival Finale written by Berlioz.
